1. Email support@versacarte.com from the same address linked to your account.
2. Subject: Resphinx account deletion request
3. Include your name and, if known, property or unit.

What we remove

• Profile and login links (including Facebook / Auth0)
• Messages, notifications, and maintenance requests tied to you
• Other personal data we store to run Resphinx

Limited payment records may be retained where required by law — see the Privacy Policy.

Timing & Facebook

We aim to confirm within 7 days and finish deletion within 30 days.

Removing Resphinx from Facebook apps stops future Facebook sign-in but does not delete Resphinx data by itself — you still need to email support.
